1. How long does delivery take?

For local Singapore orders:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
    (Free for orders above SGD 50)

 

  • Next Day Delivery: Available with a cut-off time of 9 PM.
    (SGD 8 for orders above SGD 50)
    (SGD 15 for orders below SGD 50)

2. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Singapore. Stay tuned — we’re working on expanding soon!

3. How do I choose the right diaper size?

We recommend selecting based on your baby's weight. Please refer to our sizing chart for a better fit.

4. Are your diapers suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes! bino diapers are made with ultra-soft, breathable materials that are hypoallergenic and gentle on delicate skin.

5. Can I return or exchange a product?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we may have already begun processing your order.

7. Do you offer samples or trial packs?
