At bino, we want you to love our products. If you're not satisfied, here’s our refund and return policy:

1. Returns

Due to the nature of baby hygiene products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please whatsapp us at 8130 0345 or email us at sales@binosg.com within 3 days of receiving your order.


Include your order number and a photo of the item.

We will either:

  • Issue a refund
  • Replace the item at no extra cost

3. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may have been processed.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.
